Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method within 10 working days.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged product delivered
  2. Wrong product delivered
  3. Missing items

To raise a return request, customer must email pal@theindianmudra.com within:

  • 24 hours of delivery
  • Along with product images, parcel opening video (mandatory), order ID

We will arrange a free pickup if the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once the item reaches our warehouse and QC approves:

  • Refund will be initiated within 7–15 business days.

If QC rejects the return (mishandling, broken item, used item), the product will be sent back to the customer.
