Welcome to MUDRA, a brand owned and operated by M/s THE INDIAN MUDRA, Thane, Maharashtra. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the buyer) and M/s MUDRA.

You must be:

• 18 years or older, and
• Legally capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

By using our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

Products & Descriptions

MUDRA sells Artificial AD (American Diamond) Jewellery.

• All product images are professionally shot.
• Minor variations in colour, shine, texture or finish may occur due to lighting, device display, and photography.
• Such variations do not qualify as defects.
• Actual product appearance may differ slightly from photos.

MUDRA reserves the right to modify product descriptions, features, prices, or availability at any time.

Warranty Policy

MUDRA offers a 6-month limited warranty on all Artificial AD (American Diamond) Jewellery purchased through our official website.

Warranty Covers

• Stone falling within 6 months
• Colour fading due to manufacturing defect
• Minor repairs or re-polishing related to only manufacturing defect if any

Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Damage due to mishandling, breakage, accident, water/chemical exposure
• Normal wear & tear
• Jewellery modified by the customer
• Lost items

To claim warranty, customers must share:

• Clear product images
• Order ID / Invoice
• Tag (if available)

Warranty approval is subject to Quality Check (QC) at our facility.

Pricing

• All prices displayed on the website are final, inclusive of GST, shipping (if applicable), and other charges.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Invoices will reflect the final price paid at checkout.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to system error, MUDRA may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Sales Policy

Once an order is placed on www.mudraindia.in and payment is completed, the order is considered confirmed. Once the order is confirmed the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be the final price and it will be inclusive of taxes and shipment.

Kindly note that the order confirmed by the buyer will be final and no cancellation will be accepted.

Order Cancellation by MUDRA

MUDRA reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

 

• Payment fraud or suspicious transaction or any discrepancy while placing order.
• Incorrect pricing due to system error
• Unavailability of product

Full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method within 10 working days.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

1. Damaged product delivered
2. Wrong product delivered
3. Missing items

To raise a return request, customer must email pal@theindianmudra.com within:

• 24 hours of delivery
• Along with product images, parcel opening video (mandatory), order ID

We will arrange a free pickup if the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once the item reaches our warehouse and QC approves:

• Refund will be initiated within 7–15 business days.

If QC rejects the return (mishandling, broken item, used item), the product will be sent back to the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• We ship Pan-India via trusted courier partners (DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.)
• Dispatch time: 1–2 working days
• Delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on location
• Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once shipped

All order processing occurs on business days only which are Monday through Saturday from 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM (IST). Oder placed on Sunday & holidays or after 5.30 PM will be processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Saturday.

Stock Item ship out within 24-48 hrs, if it is out of stock, customer will be intimated and refund action will be initiated as per company policy.  In case customer is ready to wait, addition care to be taken for delivery within stipulated time period after availability the same in stock.

Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item (s) may also be packed in bulk.

Non-Serviceable Pincodes

If your pincode is non-serviceable, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

5. Product Description & Colour Variation

• All images on the website are professionally shot and edited.
• Slight colour/finish variation may occur due to lighting, screen display, and photography—this will not qualify as a defect. Actual product may vary from display as shown in website.
