• AD jewellery loses brilliance when exposed to sweat, water, or humidity.
• Remove your jewellery before workouts, household chores, swimming, steam/sauna.

✔ Avoid Chemicals

• Perfume, deodorant, hairspray, makeup, and skincare products can dull the shine.
• Always apply cosmetics first, let them dry, and wear jewellery at the end.

✔ Gentle Handling

• AD stones are delicate.
• Avoid pulling, dropping, or hitting your jewellery against hard surfaces.

2. After Wearing

✔ Clean Before Storing

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
• This removes oil, sweat, and dust, keeping stones sparkling.

✔ Air-Dry if Needed

• If exposed to sweat or moisture, allow jewellery to air-dry completely before storing.

3. How to Store Properly

✔ Store Individually

• Keep each piece in a separate pouch, zip-lock, or soft MUDRA box.
• Prevents scratching, tangling, and stone loosening.

✔ Keep in a Dry Place

• Store in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight and humidity.
• Avoid storing in the bathroom or damp areas.

✔ Use Anti-Tarnish Paper (Optional)

• For metal parts, placing a small anti-tarnish strip increases life and prevents dullness.

4. Cleaning Tips

✔ Routine Cleaning

• Use only a dry, soft cloth.
• For intricate designs, use a very soft brush.

• Water
• Soap
• Detergent
• Ultrasonic cleaners
• Silver dip
  These can damage the American Diamonds and plating.

5. Travel Tips

• Carry jewellery in a hard-case MUDRA travel box.
• Keep each piece wrapped separately to prevent scratches and stone movement.

6. What to Avoid

• Sleeping with jewellery
• Bathing/showering
• Heavy gym workouts
• Contact with harsh chemicals
• Storing different pieces together

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method within 10 working days.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

1. Damaged product delivered
2. Wrong product delivered
3. Missing items

To raise a return request, customer must email support@mudraindia.in within:

• 24 hours of delivery
• Along with product images, parcel opening video (mandatory), order ID

We will arrange a free pickup if the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once the item reaches our warehouse and QC approves:

• Refund will be initiated within 7–15 business days.

If QC rejects the return (mishandling, broken item, used item), the product will be sent back to the customer.
